I reached out to these guys a few months ago via a Facebook ad to have my car polished and ceramic coated. I received a text within a day or so from Josh and he asked me what I was interested in having done, I told him, and then never heard back. I then followed up with a text a few days later and still nothing. If they aren't repsonsive from the very beginning, I doubt their service and communication moving forward is much better.

Not only got the ceramic coating they even went above and beyond to correct the paint chips that were poorly "retouched" by the previous owner.
